Within the section on affirmative action, Collymore notes that while, "Some progress has been made in this area..." a more comprehensive approach was necessary. He notes that this is especially true in enacting policies that Villanova would be "willing to implement at all levels." While Collymore notes that a transition to true compliance with the university's stated affirmative action policies could not possibly be accomplished overnight, this report shows that Villanova needed more robust policies to ensure compliance throughout the various departments on campus.
